Joe's Kebab

Got Lamb sheesh its was amazing. The meat was so soft and tender. I would definitely recommend and be going back. The only disappointing thing is they didn’t give an option for a large, although It was a good amount for 10. Well done guys

We came here last night and ordered the secret menu item “chip cheese wrap”. Joe sorted us out as usual, but I have to say, 6 for a “chip cheese wrap” is a bit steep—especially when compared to city centre kebab shop prices... We really enjoyed our time with Joe, and the atmosphere was pretty perfect: the light sizzle of the deep fryer, the spinning hum of the meat stick, the fluorescent overhead glow, and that appropriately greasy stench, which is just the thing the body needs after a night out on North Street. An exemplary establishment.

Best lamb chops and lamb shish kebab I've had. Also had wonderful pizza (Mexican pizza - salsa base is for those who really love chilli! Super tasty but crazy hot!). Fantastic place, great staff, amazing food!

Love these guys. Truly one of the most reliable spots in Bristol. I feel like no matter what stupid time my drunk ass wobbles down East Street these guys are always open, and every time I pop my head in and ask 'still serving?' and I am told with kindness and grace 'yes, brother. We will help you.' As for the scran, can't go wrong with a classic doner kebab here. What I like about these guys is they throw the strips of doner onto the grill for a bit after shivving it off the spit - makes for a really nice crispiness around the edges. And you know you're getting that with the garlic mayo AND the chilli sauce which is some of the nicest around. I actually moved into Bedminster about a year ago and was worried if it would work out or not and whether I'd find my feet, and then at one point in the summer I ended up going to play tennis with some new friends I'd made at my new job, and we went for drinks afterwards, and I walked home in the sun a few pints deep and hadn't had dinner so stopped in Joe's for one of the kebabs I'd just described, and as I was eating it along North Street I felt this amazing quiet joy, like an old happiness buried long ago had suddenly found its way to the surface, and it felt like I had just landed for the first time into the rest of my life. But anyway, pretty good kebab. I'd recommend.

The best kebab I've ever had. I looked them up. The highest 5 hygiene rating you can get. Lovely friendly staff. Really impressed. Highly recommend.

100% best kebab shop in Bristol, food was full of flavour, energy and deffo makes me want to go back. If you want something different order the lamb chops with garlic mayo. 10/10 would recommend

The best Donner kebabs going. Have been eating Joe's kebabs for the last 25 years. All the family love them. Great salad, garlic mayo and chilli sauce accompaniment and friendly service.
